铁电复合材料TGS-PVDF的介电和热释电性能的研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON THE DIELECTRIC AND PYROELECTRIC PROPERTIES OF TGS-PVDF FERROELECTRIC COMPOSITE MATERIAL

摘要 制备了TGS-PVDF铁电复合材料,测量了该材料的介电常数、介质损耗和热释电系数,计算了该材料的热释电优值因子,并初步测试了由该材料制成的热释电探测器的性能。 A new TGS-PVDF composite material film has been prepared and investigated. The dielectric constant and loss tangent (tan δ) as well as pyroelectric coefficient of the new film material have been measured and discussed. The pyroelectric figure of merit of the new material has been calculated and compared with that of TGS crystal, The performances of the pyroelectric detector made from the composite material have been measured.
