摘要
利用营养琼脂培养基采用自然沉降平板技术 (Settling_platetechnique)对常熟市区春季空气微生物进行调查 ,选择市区六个最为典型的功能区采样。结果显示 ,各功能区空气微生物数量差异明显 ,日变化较大 ,其数量分布和变化明显与人口密度、绿化程度、道路机动车数量等因素有关 ,改善环境条件能有效地降低空气微生物污染。
While investigating the atmospheric microbes in spring at Changshu city,with the aid of nutrient agar medium settling_plate technique are adopted and six most typical sites are seleted to sample.The result shows that,in the multi_functional regions,the differences between the numbers of those atmospheric microbes are obvious,the daily variation is large,the quantitative distribution and variation are apparently related to such factors as the density of population, the scale of green belt, the number of vehicle on the road. So improving the environmental conditions may effciently reduce the pollution caused by the atmospheric microbes.
