摘要
用微分法由抛物界面光波导的近似模方程导出模吸收损耗系数的表达式,并结合计算实例进行了误差分析。
Using the differentiation method, from the mode equation of the parabolic crosssection waveguide, the expression of the mode absorption loss coefficient is derived, and its relative errors are analyzed.
