摘要
采用循环伏安法和椭圆偏振光谱法 ,研究了丙炔醇 (Propargylalcohol,PA)对 1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢在含有氯离子的腐蚀环境中的缓蚀作用 ,实验表明Cl-能使 1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢发生点蚀 ,而缓蚀剂PA对不锈钢受到Cl-的腐蚀起抑制作用 .采用电位扫描椭圆偏振法测定几次循环扫描过程的Vop值 。
The inhibition of propargyl alcohol for 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel in hydrochloric acid solution is studied with the cyclic voltammetry and ellipsometry. Chloride ion can bring about the pitting at the surface of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel, but propargyl alcohol should inhibit the pitting of Cl -. The new ellipsometric parameter Vop of different scan cyclies were be determined using ellipsometry. The ratio of Vop and its changing law for different cyclics can evaluate the inhibitor and determine the suitable quantity of inhibitor used in the desirable system.
