通过调查 ,全区 4 3个乡镇大于 2 5°坡耕地有 1 3 4 6万亩 ,占农耕地总面积 1 87 77万亩的 7 2 %。分析了这些坡耕地利用情况及存在问题 ,提出 :提高全民生态建设意识 ,统筹规划 ,因地制宜 ,合理布局 ,尽快培育林木草药优良种苗 ,切实抓好国家造林绿化工程等项目的实施 ,必须有相应的扶持、鼓励政策作保证 ,加强领导 ,讲求退耕还林 (草 )实效。

The survey found that is the entire district,43 townships and towns had arable land on slopes of over 25°gradient,a total area of 134,600muThis accounts for 72% of the total arable land of the region(1877700mu)This article analyses the use of this arable land on steep gradients,as well as the existing problems of such use ,as well as promoting the policy of raising the people's awareness of environmental workGoing on to put forward and overall plan of adapting methods to local conditions,taking a rational approach to the decision making of plant distribution creating a solid foundation for cultivation in the areaAs soon as possibil the cultivation of forest,fruit trees and ground cover plants with medicinal purposes should be begunWe need to grasp practically the implementation of the State reforestation projects,and this must have the appropriate support,encouragement and government policies to guarantee successWe must also strengthen management,and apply the reforestation of arable land to obtain real results
