摘要
用国产梁式引线混频二极管,设计了平面集成混频器。经测试,在31~37GHz频率范围内混频器的交频损耗为8.6±1.4dB,本振-射频隔离度大于19dB。
An integrated planar mixer is designed on the basis of domestic-made beam lead diodes. In the frequency band 31~37GHz the conversion loss is 8.6±1.4dB and the RF/LO isolation is greater than 19dB.
