摘要
用原位多相聚合法合成了聚酯型聚脲基甲酸酯 /环氧树脂互穿网络聚合物 (IPN) ,得到了环氧树脂准分子复合材料 ,测定了产物的力学性能和热性能 ,探讨了聚酯分子量和聚脲基甲酸酯加入量对环氧树脂增强增韧过程的影响 .结果表明 :分子量为 10 2 5的聚酯所合成的聚脲基甲酸酯的改性效果较好 ;当聚脲基甲酸酯加入量为 15 .0 %时 ,环氧树脂冲击强度提高 114% ,拉伸强度提高 44 % .
Polyurea(formic-ester)/epoxy-resin interpenetration polymer network and quasi-molecular composite have been synthesised by in-situ multiphase polymerization.Mechanical and thermal properties have been measured,the influence of molecular weight of polyester and the effect of the content of polyurea(formic-ester) have been studied.The results show that the addition of 15.0% polyurea(formic-ester) synthesized from polyester of 1 025 molecular into epoxy-resin have improved the impact strengtby 114% and tensile strengtby 44%,at the same time the thermal property doesn , t decrease.
