摘要
认识和把握客观事物的规律性 ,是人类从必然王国走向自由王国的前提。本文以国有企业为研究对象 ,探讨搞好国企在经营管理方面需遵循的规律以及这些规律的要点。这些具体规律包括优势战略制胜规律、技术创新规律、人企合一规律、资本积累规律。
Identifying and grasping things' natural law is the premise for man to make for the realm of freedom. Using state-owned enterprises as the research objective,this paper discusses the laws that must be followed for succeeding managing state-owned enterprises and the main points of the laws.These laws include planning development law,technological innovation law,syncretic law of employees and enterprise,capital accumulation law.
