Venture Capital and Development of High Technologic Industry in China

论文从研究风险投资入手 ,阐述了风险投资的基本内涵及其在国际经济发展中的促进作用 ;并对风险投资的营运进行了分析。最后结合我国高科技产业发展 ,论述了风险投资的运作管理及发展的对策措施。

Beginning with studying on ventrue capital ,this paper introduces the basic concept as well as functions of it in the development of international economy. After analyzing the operation of venture capital,this paper shows the management and policy of government to ventrue capital according to the development of High-tech industry in China.
