信息系统需求分析方法研究

Research on the Approaches to Requirement Analysis of Information Systems

需求分析是信息系统开发过程中一个重要的环节 ,传统的偏重于建模的系统分析方法往往不能全面反映系统需求的多目标性、复杂性和用户群体思想。将Checkland的软系统方法论 (SoftSystemMethodology SSM)应用于需求分析将有助于从整体上考察系统需求。基于这种认识 ,本文提出了把SSM与传统需求分析技术相结合的需求分析方法 ,并以实例作了说明 ,最后探讨了这种结合对于保证需求分析质量的作用。

Requirement analysis is one of the important stages in information system development process. The traditional system analysis approaches laying stress on system modeling sometimes can not completely reflect the multi-objectives,complexity and multiuser ideas of system requirements. The application of Checkland's Soft System Methodology(SSM) to the requirement analysis will help to wholly review the system requirements. Based on this idea,the paper puts forward a methodology to integrate SSM with the traditional techniques of requirement analysis,and illustrates it with an example,finally discusses its effects on ensuring the quality of analysis.
