Study on Lead-time of Business Process

大幅度减少业务流程的处理时间是BPR追求的目标之一。本文分析了生产系统中的时间概念 ,并将之扩展到一般业务流程 ,提出了业务流程提前期的概念 ,给出了业务流程的时间模型及其提前期的计算方法 ,最后分析了影响业务流程提前期的因素。

Dramatic improvements in lead-time of business processes is one of purposes of BPR. This paper analyzes the concept of time in a production system,provides the concept about lead time of business processes,puts forward lead-time models of business processes and the calculation method of the lead-time. In the end,the paper analyzes the factors influencing the lead time of business processes.So this results provide a method of solving problems about time of BPR.
