摘要
对利用高产果胶酶突变株 G5 5 1 2在 5 0 0 L发酵罐中调控深层发酵条件提高酶产率进行了试验研究。结果表明 :通过分批补料对酶产率有提高 ,以高酯果胶为底物酶产率提高 7.0 % ,以低酯果胶为底物酶产率提高 2 3.5 % ;调节发酵液 p H在 3.5~4.0之间 ,以高酯果胶为底物酶产率提高 9.7% ,以低酯果胶为底物酶产率提高40 .9% ;添加 0 .1 %吐温 80对酶产率没有影响。
An experimental study was made to enhance the pectinase productivity by adjusting the conditions of deep fermentation for the high- yield mutantstrain G5 5 1 2 in a5 0 0 liter tank.The results showed that to feed batch culture can enhance enzyme productivity by 7.0 % with high methoxyl pectin as substrate,and by 2 3.5 % with low methoxyl pectin as substrate.When the p H value of fermentation liquor is kept between3.5 and4.0 ,enzyme productivity can be enhanced by9.7% with high methoxyl pectin as substrate,and by40 . 9% with low methoxyl pectin as substrate. Adding Tween 80 ( 0 .1 % ) into the fermentation liquor has no effect on enzyme productivity.
