周围神经损伤后的免疫反应及神经再生实验研究

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON IMMUNE REACTION AND NERVE REGENERATION AFTER PERIPHERAL NERVES INJURY

为实验观察周围神经损伤后局部免疫与神经再生的关系 ,采用 Wistar大白鼠 6 0只 ,随机分成四组 ,测定坐骨神经损伤后的免疫反应以及神经再生和功能恢复。结果表明 ,在神经损伤局部发生免疫反应 ,而免疫强度与神经损伤程度相关 ,神经再生和功能恢复亦与免疫反应强度有关。证明神经损伤后的免疫反应对神经再生的恢复有一定抑制作用。

In this experimental study,the relation was observed between local immunity and nerve regeneration after peripheral nerves injury.Sixty Wistar's rats were divided into four groups optionally. After sciatic nerve injury,immune reaction,nerve regeneration and function recovery were measured.The results showed that immune reaction occurred in the injury,and the intensity of the immune reaction was correlated with the seriourness of the nerve injury,and the nerve regeneration and function recovery were also in connection with the intensity of the immune reaction,and the immune reaction had an inhibitory effecton the nerve regeneration.
