摘要
通过分析 ,找出了齿轮油泵在运转过程中造成困油容积而形成功率损失、振动和噪声的原因 ,为设计和维修齿轮油泵提供了消除困油现象的方法和结构措施。
Based on the theory analysis,the reason was discovered of oil- blocking during the operation of a gear oil pump,which resulted in power loss,vibration and noise.The author suggests the method for getting rid of oil- blocking phenomenon and the measure of structure design to designers and maintenance engineers.
