摘要
在12 0mm不锈钢填料塔中 ,以16mm共轭环塔填料为研究对象 ,选用正丁醇 -丁二酸 -水体系进行试验 ,测定了该填料的分散相存留分数与两相 (分散相与连续相 )流率的关系以及填料的液泛速度 ,并与相同条件下同尺寸鲍尔环、拉西环和θ环填料的测定结果作了比较 .研究表明 ,与其他三种填料相比 ,共轭环填料具有优异的流体力学性能 .
In a 120 mm extraction column, a butanol_succinic_water extraction system is chosen to examine the hydrodynamic performance of 16 mm Conjugate Ring packing. The relationship between holdup fraction of disperse phase and velocities of two phases(continuous phase and disperse phase) is investigated, and the flooding velocity is measured too. These data are compared to those of Rashing Ring, Pall Ring and θ Ring packings with the same size under the same experimental conditions. Results show that the Conjugate Ring packing's hydrodynamic performance is the best among the four packings.
