摘要
采用自动平衡装置减振的思想 ,对锤式破碎机转子系统的运行情况进行了平衡研究 ,指出锤式破碎机在结构上与带离心力振子的自动平衡装置相似 ,如果使其工作在过临界转速下 ,将能起到自动平衡的作用 ,为锤式破碎机转子系统的减振提供了一条新思路。
In order to cut down the vibration of the rotor system of a hammer crusher,the balance situation of during its working was studied by using the method of taking advantage of auto-balance device to cut down vibration.That conclusion was that the rotor system was similar with the auto-balance device with centrifugal force vibration particles,and it would act as auto-balance device to cut down the vibration if it worked at the over critical speed.
