摘要
通过对离合器膜片弹簧的变形特性和多种约束条件的分析 ,在参考成熟的离合器结构参数的基础上 ,提出了一种离合器膜片弹簧的优化设计模型 ,该模型可以使离合器的后备系数稳定 ,保证离合器可靠地工作 ,并用此方法进行了实例设计 ,结果表明 :优化设计后的膜片弹簧 ,后备系数的稳定性、最大当量应力以及分离力的大小均明显高于原设计。
By anlaysing the load -deflection characteristics and all constrain conditions ,optimum design for mathematical model of a pull-type clutch diaphragm spring ,which was based on the reference of mature clutch's structure parameters was introduced .This model could make the reservation coefficient more stability and ensure the clutch work more reliably. The calculations of practical example have been carried out by the method, which revealed that property of the optimized diaphragm spring is remarkably better than that of the original one in respect of stability of reservation coefficient,maximum equivalent stress and magnitude of declutching force.
