对捷克BD-200SN气流纺的电气线路改进实践

摘要 捷克BD - 2 0 0SN气流纺原电气线路的核心是单板微型计算机 ,属淘汰技术 ,具有许多难以克服的局限性 ,由其控制生产的产品已不能满足纺纱的质量指标。为此 ,采用可编程 (PLC)和变频器两大先进技术设计的一套全新电气控制线路 ,完全克服了原有线路的缺陷 ,实现全机自动控制 ,完成工艺要求 ,使成纱质量稳定在一个较好的水平上。进而通过可编程 (PLC)开、关车程序流程 ,阐述了该电气线路的特点 ,以及利用变频器技术对本机的电气线路进行改进。 The core of BD-200SN former electric circuit was single-board microcomputer ,which was outdated technology because of its limitations . The products which produced in the machine could not satisfy yarn quality standard, therefore,by applying both programmable controller and inverter advanced technology,a fully new electric circuit which entirely overcome former shortcomings were designed, furthermore,whole machine automatic control and technics request were found out.The yarn quality could be stabilized at a higher level .According to Programmable controller program figure 1 and Inverter electric diagram 2 shown,the way to improve BD-200SN electric circuit and to use Inverter technology are put forward.
