摘要
介绍VMJ器件的结构和结果,并对器件的各种参数进行了详细的测算,同时分析了工艺条件对器件性能的影响.对器件窗口材料的选择也作了讨论.
In this paper,the results and structure of VMJ sounder are introduced,and many parameters of sounder are measured and calculated. The effects of the process control on device performance are analyzed, meanwhile, the selection on window material is discussed too.
