摘要
跨栏跑技术性强,对身体素质和心理素质要求高,是田径教学中较难的项目.本研究针对体育专业大学生,在跨栏跑教学过程中对两组学生采用不同栏高的教学手段,进行实验研究,结果表明,教学全过程采用同一栏高的方法,其教学效果优于先低后高的教学方法;传统的“降低难度”教学法,不适用于体育专业大学生的跨栏跑教学.
Hurdle race is a kind of skillful sport,and it has a high require for physical and mental quality,it’s a difficult item in track and field teaching.This article is aimed at students of physical education department for a special object in the process of hurdle race teaching to use different height hurdles for two groups of students,it point out that to use the same height hurdles is better than the method which in favour of “from low to high”.The traditional teaching method of lower the degree of difficulty is not suitable for students of physical education department.
