氟化物对酸蚀牙采由质防龋作用的临床观察

摘要
对50例接受托槽直接粘接技术做口腔错牙合畸形矫治后患者的牙采由质酸蚀区表面,采用含氟和不含氟牙膏处理方法做了比较研究。随访治疗6个月时,用含氟牙膏处理组88.5%的患者酸蚀牙采由质面完全恢复,其余的患者也接近正常,而用不含氟牙膏的对照组,91.7%的患者酸蚀牙采由质面无变化。结果:氟化物牙膏对于因正畸需要而做酸处理的牙齿表面有明显的防脱矿作用。
