摘要
探讨了谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)与银屑病发病之间的关系。采用二巯基二硝基苯甲酸显色法,研究正常健康人和银屑病患者全血及皮肤GSH-Px活力的变化,结果表明,与正常健康人比较,银屑病患者全血和皮肤GSH-Px活力均明显降低(P<0.001,P<0.05),提示:GSH-Px活力的降低,特别是皮肤中GSH-Px活力的降低,可能是银屑病的重要原因之一。
Background/Aims:The etiology of psoriasis is unknown.The aim of this study was to investigate the relation between activity of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)and psoriasis.Method:In psoriasis patients and healthy subjects,GSH-Px activity of blood and skin were measured by using 5,5'-dithio-bis 2-nitrobenzoic acid method.Results:In psoriasis patients GSH-Px activity of blood and skin were decreased than in healthy subjects(P<0001,P<005).Conclusions:Our results indicate that the decrease of GSH-Px activity may be one of the important factors which produce psoriasis.
