湖北省重大科技成果转化状况实证研究

Case Study of the Commercialization of the Major S & T Achievements in Hubei Province

运用统计分析和抽样调查相结合的方法 ,对湖北省 1991～ 1996年取得的重大科技成果中的可应用成果总量、质量、结构及转化状况进行了系统分析 ,指出了成果转化存在的主要问题 。

The quality, the quantity and the constitutional level of the applicable S & T achievements in Hubei province from 1991～1996 are systematically analyzed by using sampling approaches and statistical analysis. Problems in the commercialization of the S & T achievements are pointed out and some countermeasures to solve these problems are presented.
