在当今市场条件下 ,很多企业采用柔性制造系统 ,实行无库存生产方式 ,追求生产批量尽可能小。但研究表明对于某一特定企业 ,在生产能力和准备时间给定的情况下 ,要完成所要求的产出水平 ,存在某一不能再降低的生产批量 ,即最小生产批量。研究了无库存生产方式下 ,单品种和多品种两种状态的最小生产批量 。
Under present market conditions, many enterprises utilize a flexible manufacturing system and a production without goods in stock to minimize the produced lot size. However, some research indicates that for a certain enterprise and under a given production capacity and a given need of preparing time, there exists a minimum produced lot size in order to finish the required output. The model of produced goods in minimum lot size is researched for single lines and multiple lines under a production without goods in stock, and the calculating process is detailed with examples.
