摘要
用TBC-IA型自动、静态、定量视野分析仪,对65只原发性青光眼进行视野检查并与客观功能检查视诱发电位(P-VEP),进行对比研究。结果提示:视野分析仪在判断有无青光眼性视功能损害的定性诊断及损害的严重程度上比P-VEP潜伏期检测有较高的敏感性。
A comparative study of automatic, static and gualitative central field perimetry with objective, functional examination of visual evoked potential (VEP) was carried out on 65 primary glaucomatous eyes. The results suggest that perimetry be more sensative than the latency value of P-VEP on the quantitative detection of functional impairment and the severity of glaucoma.
