提出将金属间化合物与快速凝固微晶材料的制备工艺结合起来开发新型材料的思路 ,制备出以Ni3Al(Cr)为基 ,用 M3B2 颗粒增强和稳定的 ,具有均匀亚微米尺度的原位复合微晶合金 .该微晶组织具有很高的稳定性 ,经 10 0 0°C退火未发生粗化 .该微晶合金保持了基体 Ni3Al相的高温力学性能 ,从室温到 6 5 0°C以上保持 HV≈ 5
It was proposed that fabricating intermetallics with the rapid solidification technique for microcrystalline alloys would be a promising way to develop high performance materials. A Ni 3Al(Cr) base microcrystalline alloy, strengthened and stabilized by M 3B 2 boride particles, was designed and prepared. The alloy has a uniform sub micron scale refined microstructure, which is stable without coarsening even after 1000℃ anneal when subjected to high temperature. It retains a high hardness of HV≈580 from room temperature up to at least 650℃, which is related to the characteristic high temperature strength of Ni 3Al phase and the strengthening effect of M 3B 2 particles.
