摘要 论述了二辊斜轧管机的连轧特征及其特殊的变形规律,剖析了 Accu Roll轧机变形能力较小的原因和提高其变形能力的途径。论证了短顶头二辊斜轧管机是单机变形能力最大的轧管机,讨论了其各道次减壁量的确定原则和分配规律,举例介绍了其连轧孔型与变形工具的科学设计原则、步骤、内容及其内外减壁区的计算方法。 The paper discusses the continuous rolling characteristics and special deformation law of the two- roll rotary rolling pipe mill, analyzes the causes for small deformation capacity of the Accu- roll mill and the approach to increasing the mill' s deformation capacity. Also analyzed here is why the two- roll cross- rolling pipe mill with short plug has the maximum deformation capacity as in terms of rolling mill proper, covering the principle for defining the wall reduction and the law of wall reduction distribution with respect to each pass. With relevant example, design of continuous rolling groove and deforming tools are described, involving principle, steps, scope as well as area calculation method for both inner and outer wall- reducing zones.
