摘要
本文试图从生理角度出发,运用美学观点,分析影响艺术体操动作节奏的因素,并提出相应的教学手段,供教学训练参考。
The article analyses the factors with affect the rhythm of movement from the point of physiology and aesthetics knowledge In order to help students master the rhythmic movement , Some teaching methods are put forward.
