库鄯输油管道运营技术评价

Technical Evaluation of Ku-Shan Oil Pipeline Exercise

针对库鄯输油管道工程 ,从管道技术、输油工艺、自动化系统、电气系统、消防及热力系统诸方面进行了技术评价。该管道在技术上采用了常温密闭输送工艺 ,按照国际上通行的管道建设标准 ,全线采用了计算机监控和数据采集系统 ( SCADA) ,使其具备高度自动化。在首站设置分控中心 ,进行统一调度管理 ,中间泵站无人值守。经过一年多的生产实践 。

From the pipeline technic,oil transmitting, automatic system,electronic system,hydrant and energetics system,it is evaluated for the Ku-shan Oil Pipeline Project.The Ku-shan Pipeline adopted normal temperature sealing transmitting process,equipped with the whole line high automatic computer monitor and data collection system (SCADA),in accordance with the international pipeline construction standard.In the first section, the sub-control center was setup to uniformly control,in the middle section, there is no man on duty.After on year working,the full sections are all realize the design function.
