玻化砖抛光用金刚石磨料的耐磨性及磨削性研究

Wearing and Grinding Performances of Diamond when Polishing Flooring Tile

本文通过实验 ,对玻化砖抛光用金刚石磨料在不同工作压力和磨削速度下的磨削情况进行了研究 ,获得了磨料磨损量及砖磨削量随载荷和磨削速度变化的趋势 ,从而确定了该种磨料在玻化砖抛光生产中的合适的工作条件 :磨削速度和工作压力。

This study aimed to determine the suitable working conditions of the diamond grits used to polish flooring tile. By experiment, the grinding and wearing performance of the diamond is studied under different working pressure and velocity, and the tendencies that the diamond wear and the tiles ground vary with working pressure and velocity are observed. Thereby, the suitable working condition is determined.
