摘要
为了有效地利用心外膜标测系统的标测通道 ,提出了一种带反馈调节的标测方法。它具有根据所测信号的特性自动选择合适的标测尺度的特点。并研制了相应的电极、放大器和信号处理算法。采用一个通道选择电路来从 2 5 6路单极信号中选出 64路进行放大和处理 ;信号采集部分使用两块 12位精度、3 2导 ,每导 2 .5K采样率的数据采集卡来完成数据采集和转换 ;相应的信号处理算法通过对所采信号进行分析来选择最合适的标测尺度。通过在动物实验中窦性心律、起搏心律和心室颤动情况下的使用初步验证了这种方法的可行和应用的潜力。
In order to utilize the mapping channel of epicardial mapping system effectively,we present a new mapping method with feedback adjustment.This method have the ability of auto-select mapping scale according to the signal′s property.The corresponding electrode,amplifier and signal processing algorithm have been developed.A switcher was used to pick up 64-channel of signal from 256-channel of unipolar signal gathered from electrode;two data acquisition boards with 12bit precision,32 channels and 2.5 K/s per channel sample rate were used to finish A/D conversion;corresponding signal process algorithm was used to select suitable mapping scale according to the signal′s property.The preliminary application under sinus rhythm,paced rhythm and ventricular fibrillation demonstrated the effectivity and the potential of this method.
