摘要
使用热分析和高温 X射线研究了 Ti5 0 + x Pd30 Ni2 0 - x合金相变温度的变化情况。发现当 Ti的原子分数偏离5 0 %时 ,合金的相变温度随 Ti成分的升高而降低。处于固溶处理的合金的相变温度最高 ,合金经过轧制及回复处理后 ,相变温度会降低。分析认为 ,这与合金内的缺陷。
DSC (Differential Scannng Calorimeter)and XRD(X ray diffractmeter) were employed to investigate on the phase transformation temperatures of Ti 50+ x Pd 30 Ni 20- x alloys.It is found that the temperatures increase with the increase of Ti composition deviation from 50%.As for specimens at solution treated state,the temperatures are higher than that for specimens at cold rolled state and recovery state.This is related to the dislocation and internal stress as well as precipitates introduced in the process of alloy preparation.
