摘要
在 Gleeble- 15 0 0热模拟试验机上 ,采用高温等温压缩试验 ,研究了 70 75铝合金两道次热压缩变形道次间隔时间对合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明 ,在热压缩变形道次间保温停歇之后 ,流变应力出现明显的软化现象 ,保温停歇时间越长 ,合金软化率越高 ;变形及停歇保持温度越高 ,合金软化越严重。
The effects of interval time on the structure and properties of 7075 aluminum alloy during the two stage hot compression deformation were investigated by isothermal compression test at gleeble 1500 thermal mechanical simulator.The results show that obvious drop in flow stress was observed after the interval.The softening fraction increased as the time of the isothermal gap prolonged;and the higher the temperature of the deformation and interval,the bigger the softening fraction.The alloy was softened mainly by recovery during the interval and coarsening of the precipitation particles.
