The effect of thermomechanical treatment on the mechanical properties of 2618 alloy has been investigatcd.The results show that the strength at room temperature and the hardness after high temperature exposition of 2618 alloy can be improved obviously through thermomechanical treatment which is the effective method to increase the heat resistance of 2618 alloy.
