摘要
目的 :通过观察肿瘤转移抑制基因nm2 3 -H1在正常口腔粘膜 (NM)、口腔粘膜白斑 (LK)及口腔粘膜鳞癌 (OSCC)中的不同表达 ,分析其在OSCC及其癌变过程中的表达规律 ,探讨其与肿瘤的分化、浸润和转移的关系。方法 :采用免疫组织化学SP法检测nm2 3 -H1在 8例NM、12例LK及 5 8例OSCC中的不同表达 ,用x2 检验Fisher精确概率法对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 :nm2 3 -H1在NM及LK中多数为高染 ,分别占 87 2 5 %和 83 3% ,而在OSCC中低染率为 5 6 90 % ,与前两者相比存在着显著差异 (p<0 0 5 ) ;nm2 3 H1的异常表达与肿瘤的分化程度及有无颈淋巴结转移 ,都存在显著相关性 (p <0 0 5 )。结论 :nm2 3 -H1蛋白表达水平是判断肿瘤有无颈淋巴结转移及其分化程度的参考指标。
Objective:To observe the different expression of the tumor metastasis suppressor gene nm 23 -H 1 in normal mucosa(NM),oral mucosa Leukoplakia(LK) and oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC),we analyzed the exhibition rule of nm 23 -H 1 OSCC and the process of carcinagenesis tried to investigate the relation between the abnormal show of nm 23 -H 1 and the differentiation,infiltration as well as metastasis of carcinoma.Methods:We detected the show of nm 23 -H 1 with immunohistochemistry in 8 cases of NM,12 cases of LK and 58 cases of OSCC,Chi squane(Fishers exact)test was used to process data.Results:The majority of NM and LK showed strong staining of nm 23 -H 1.But 56.90%of OSCC showed low staining of nm 23 -H 1.The staining of nm 23 -H 1 in NM and LK was different from that of OSCC.The abnormal expression of nm 23 -H 1 is associated with differentiation and metastasis of cervical lymph node of the tumor.Conclusion:nm 23 -H 1 protein expression level might be used as a norm to judge the cervical lymph node metastasis and the degree of differentiation of OSCC.
