摘要
本文将 D.L.Bourell的模型用于 L F2 1合金和 BT9合金 ,经过计算分析证实 ,再结晶晶粒长大激活能 Qg对再结晶退火温度和加热速度的变化不敏感。随后提出适用于快速再结晶退火晶粒度的计算式 ,L F2 1合金经快速退火处理实验后的晶粒度预测计算表明 。
In order to investigate grain growth in the rapid recrysatllization annealing, the D.L.Bourell's isothermal grain growth model was apply to data of LF21 and BT9 alloy. It was discovered that the activation energy( Q g ) is not sensitive to temperature and heating rate. A formula was offered to predict grain size in recrysatllization annealing processes for manufactures. Experiments were carried out on a Gleeble 1500 Simulator to simulate the heat treatment process of LF21 alloy. The experimental results show that the modified model's prediction is satisfactory.
