种植义齿修复技术的探讨

Application Technique of Restoration and Replacement in Implant Prosthesis

目的 :探讨种植义齿修复中需要注意的相关技术问题。方法 :收集评价 319件Branemark种植系统患者的修复义齿。结果 :9～ 48个月的种植修复义齿中 ,3颗种植体松动 ,恢复功能和形态的满意率各为 98%和 97% ,并发生有金属螺栓和基台螺栓松动和折断 ,塑夹脱落 ,垂直骨吸收及龈组织炎症的问题。结论 :种植义齿修复中应特别注意控制咬合力 ,恢复美观外形和便于清洁的问题。

Objective:To investigate application technique of restoration & replacement in implant prosthesis.Method and Materials:Evaluation of 319 prosthesis supported by implants of Branemark system.Results:Qualified rate of prosthesis respactively in fuction and esthetic appearance were 98% and 97% during 9～48 months.3 fixtures were loosen,while there were some problems of gold screw and abutment screw were loosen and broken et al.Conclusion:Pay attention to control the load force upon the prostheses supported by implant,good esthetic results and keep oral hygiene from design,clinical and lab procedure to maitance.
