摘要
研究了预涂稀土涂层固体粉末渗硼工艺。结果表明 ,预涂稀土涂层的催渗作用比一般的粉末法 RE- B共渗的催渗作用更为明显。预涂稀土涂层渗硼可显著提高渗硼层厚度 ,获得单一均匀的 Fe2 B渗硼层 。
The technology of pack boronizing with precoating RE layer is studied. The results show that the energizing function of precoating RE layer is better than that of pack RE boronizing .With precoating RE-layer, the thickness of boride layer is remarkably increased, single and uniform Fe 2B boride layer is obtained. The hardness of boride layer is raised also.
