摘要
利用透射电镜对新型模用锌基合金气焊接头和TIG焊接头进行了仔细的观察研究 ,发现焊缝组织为条状的共晶组织 ,且TIG焊的焊缝组织较气焊法显著细化 ;母材中的α -Al和 β-Zn大多呈颗粒状 ,而焊缝中的α -Al和 β -Zn呈条状和颗粒状 ,α-Al颗粒内存在大量的位错和位错环 ,在 β-Zn颗粒内还存在着许多亚晶粒。
In this paper, TEM was used to carefully observe and research welded joints of mould-used zinc -base alloys that were welded by flame and TIG. It is found that the weld metal is strip shaped eutectic structure, and the structure welded by TIG is tiny than by flame. Most of the and in the parent metal are grain. But in the weld metal, they are strip and grain. There are also many sub-crystals in the grain.
