油松木材物理力学性质的研究

STUDIES ON PHYSICO-MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF THE WOOD OF PINUS TABULAEFORMIS

本文研究了山西中条山油松木材的物理力学性质,并与其它产地的油松材性进行了比较。讨论分析了密度对油松木材各项力学性质的影响,给出了密度与力学性质间的回归方程。密度对顺纹抗压、横纹抗压、硬度、顺纹抗剪、抗弯强度等力学性质影响显著,而对顺纹抗拉强度、冲击韧性等影响较小。顺纹抗拉强度主要受管胞长度、管胞强度、纤丝角度、结晶度等因子的控制。

Five trees of Pinus tabulaeformis were collected for physico-mechanical study from a natural Stand of Zhongtiao Mountains in Shanxi Province. The result shows that the physico-mechanical properties of the wood from Zhongtiao Mountain is medium as compared with those from different regions the strength propertics of the wood decreases a little, and the shrihage coeffic-ients increases.This paper discussea the effects of density on the mechanical propertics of its wood. The regression equations of density to its wood mechanical propertics are given. On the compressive strength parallel or percpendicular to grain, hardness, shear strength parallel to the grain, bending strength etc. effects of the den-sity are singnificant; on the tensile strength and impact bending are not singnificant. Tensile strength is mainly controlled by tracheid length, tracheid strength, microfibril angle and crystalline degree etc.
