新型钢管热浸镀锌生产线的应用

Application of a Newly-developed Hot-dip Galvanizing Line for Steel Tubes

为了改善钢管热浸镀锌生产环境，提高镀锌钢管质量，河北省衡水钢管厂新上了 1条钢管热浸镀锌生产线。该生产线采用新颖的液压机械手浸镀，以取代传统的结构庞大的转耙式与螺旋式镀锌机构，不仅简化了热镀锌管生产机构，改进了镀锌工艺，而且提高了镀锌管质量，降低了生产成本。

To improve the working conditions for steel tube hot-dip galvanizing, and enhance steel tube zinc-coating quality, a new steel tube hot-dip galvanizing line has been built up at Hengshui Steel Tube Plant, Hebei Province. The said line is equipped with a unique hydraulic manipulator for dip-galvanizing operation, in replacement of the conventional bulky rotary rake or screw type galvanization systems. The new operation line provides such advantages as simplified hardwares, improved galvanization process, better coating quality and reduced operation cost.
