摘要
本文首次报道KTN铁电陶瓷的热释电系数λ与温度的依赖关系。测量了极化强度P。结果表明,x=0.5和0.6的样品在25℃时,P=4.6μc/cm^2和5.0μc/cm^2;λ=2.0×10^(-8)c/cm^2K和1.7×10^(-8)c/cm^2K。并讨论了Nb含量对极化强度的影响。
The temperature dependence of the pyroelectric coefficient (A) of potassium Niobate-Tantalate ferroelectric ceramics is reported for the frrst time in this paper. The remanent polarization (P)is measured. The ceramics (r=0. 5 and 0. 6) exhibit the remanent polarization P=4. 6x 10-6 coul/cm2 and 5. 0x 10-6coul/cm2t pyroelectric coefficient A=2 X 10-8coul/cm2K and 1. 7x 10-8 coul/cm2K at 25C- The effect of Niobium content (z) on the remanent polarization (P)is discussed.
