摘要
1997年 ,新组建的武钢集团钢丝绳厂存在着思想观念陈旧及经济上严重亏损等诸多问题。新任领导班子认识到主要问题在于职工的思想意识还停留在计划经济的模式中 ,企业的管理方式、经营理念与市场竞争不相适应。针对企业经营管理中存在的种种弊端 ,武钢集团钢丝绳厂采取了一系列的措施 ,使企业扭亏为盈 。
