数控技术的现状、发展趋势

The Current Situation , Developing Trends of NC Technology

数控(以下简称NC)技术对传统机械制造业的渗透产生了机电一体化产品:数控机床。本文介绍当前国内外NC技术的现状,包括开放体系结构的采用,高精、高速、高效功能的提高,软件数字伺服技术以及网络系统的发展等。然后介绍NC技术在集成化、网络化、智能化及数字化等的发展趋势。为了把我国NC产业搞上去,本文提出发展NC产业要注重系统配套、可靠性、重视创新和加强服务的一些对策。

NC technology now is permeating into the traditional manufacture to generate a high technical product of mechatronics: NC machine tools. The paper introduces the current situations of NC technology briefly, including open architecture, enhanced control performances of high speed, high precision, high efficiency, developing network systems and AC digital servo systems. Then paper describes the trends of integration, network, intelligence and digitize for NC technology. To make our own NC industry going up better, the paper suggests that NC industry should pay attention to reliability and fit completed set of NC controller, to the creation and the service.
