摘要
本文首先从适应市场竞争对机床产品创新的需求,FMS对开发全新形式系统适应型机床的需求及并联原理数控机床应用等三个方面,讨论了机床总体设计方法需要变革的迫切性。同时介绍了一种新型机床运动功能方案设计方法,包括以刀具、工件信息为输入的机床运动方案创成式设计,基于基本运动功能方案的变异式设计,并联驱动置换设计。然后,从运动功能分配,结构布局设计,总体结构方案模型设计,总体方案概略尺寸设计,总体结构刚度及精度分配,总体结构方案综合评价等方面论述了数控机床总体结构方案设计方法。最后介绍了上述方法的应用实例。
This paper discusses the importance of innovative design of whole scheme of machine tools in three aspects: on meeting the innovative requirements of machine products adapting to market competition, the developing requirements of the adaptive machine tools system with the fire-new style for FMS and the application of the parallel-theory NC-machine tools. And it introduces a design method of a new type of machine tools motion function scheme which includes generating design of motion scheme taking the information of cutters and blanks as input, variant design based on basic motion function scheme and parallel drive replacement design. Finally, the paper describes the whole structural scheme design method of NC-machine tools in several aspects: motion function assignment; structural layout design; whole structural scheme model design; sketchy-size design of whole scheme; the distribution of stiffness and precision of whole structural and the general assessment of whole structural scheme. The examples of application are given in the end as well.
