摘要
本文探讨了如何通过热处理使超微晶电流互感器铁芯具有优良的磁性能。实践证明分段式热处理工艺适用于超微晶铁芯。另外装炉时用铁块将铁芯隔离能有效地解决超微晶铁芯在晶化过程中的散热问题。特别是铁块与铁芯的重量相当时效果最佳 ,此时超微晶铁芯具有最好的磁性能。
How to get optimum magnetic properties for nanocrystalline current transformer core by heat treatment method is descussed The practice proves that heat treatment stage by stage is suitable for nanocrystalline core Using iron chunks to separate cores in annealing furnace,we can control the exothermal process of cores especially when the weight of chunks and the cores are well matched,the current transformer can get the best properties KEY WORDS nanocrystalline, current transformer core, heat treatment, iron chunk apparent, and variation of Au and Cu contents is harmonious. It also shows that the distribution of minor elements has certain rules, and different kinds of deformation (such as ductile deformation and brittle deformation) have different influence on the distribution and enrichment of elements.
