辅酶Q_(10)软胶囊的人体药代动力学及相对生物利用度

Pharmacokinetics of Soft Capsule of CoQ_(10) in Chinese Healthy Volunteers

目的 考察口服辅酶Q10 软胶囊在人体内的动态行为 ,并与辅酶Q10 普通片进行比较。方法 采用双交叉实验设计 ,10名受试者多剂量服用辅酶Q10 两种制剂 ,用HPLC方法测定辅酶Q10 在人体内的血药浓度。结果 连续服用辅酶Q10 两种制剂第 5天基本达到稳态。辅酶Q10 软胶囊的相对生物利用度为普通片的 2 84%。

AIM The pharmacokinetic profile of soft capsule of CoQ 10 was studied and compared with the normal tablets. METHODS Two cross-over design was adopted and HPLC method was developed to determinate plasma concentration of CoQ 10 . RESULTS Plasma concentration of CoQ 10 reached steady state after 5 days multiple dosing of CoQ 10 , and the relative bioavailability of soft capsule compared with normal tablet is 284. =
