摘要
本研究旨在建立一种无创性 ,简便易行的提取核DNA的实验方法。从痕量标本口腔上皮细胞提取核Fg基因进行基因多态性分析 ,发现TaqI限制性酶切位点的多态性与最大摄氧量 (VO2max)有显著性关联 (P =0 .0 33) ,与无氧能力的关联无显著性 ,提示Fg基因可能是预测运动能力的基因标记。
The purpose of this study is to develop a noninvasive and easily manipulative method which is possible to be applied. Nuclear DNA is extracted in mouth epithelia from mouthwash.The result indicates that TaqI polymorphism is signficantly associated with aerobic capacity(P=0.033) and tends to associate with anaerobic capacity. Therefore, Fg gene seems to be a gene marker for predicting exercise capacity.
