E-cadherin蛋白表达与大肠癌侵袭转移的关系

Correlation of E-cadherin expression with invasion and metastasis of human colorectal carcinoma

目的 :探讨E -cadherin蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达与大肠癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化 (S -P)法观察 55例大肠癌原发灶 ,1 6例淋巴结转移癌及 5例肝转移癌中E -cadherin蛋白的表达情况。结果 :E -cadherin在大肠癌原发灶中的表达率为 50 9% (2 8/ 55) ,其中T1 ～T2 组为 85 7% (6/ 7) ,T3 ～T4组为 45 8% (2 2 / 4 8) ;DukesA -B为 66 7% (1 8/ 2 4 ) ,DukesC为 2 5 % (5/ 2 0 ) ;淋巴结转移组为 35 % (7/2 0 ) ,淋巴结转移癌及肝转移癌的E -cadherin表达率分别为 56 3 %与 60 %。结论 :E -cadherin下调与肿瘤侵袭、区域淋巴结转移密切相关 。

Objective:To probe the correlation between E-cadherin expression and invasion and metastasis of human colorectal carcinoma.Methods:The expression of E-cadherin protein was examined by immunohistochemistry in paraffin-embeded tissue specimens of 55 colorectal carcinomas,15 lymphnode metastasis and 5 liver metastatic tumor.Results:The positive expression of E-cadherin was found in 28(50 9%),in which T 1～T 2 group 6,T 3～T 4 group 22,Dukes A-B 18,Duks C 5,lymphnode metastatic group 7,and non-lymphnode metastatic group 16.The positive expression of E-cadherin in lymphnode metastasis and liver metastasis was 56 3%(9/16) and 60 0%(3/5) respectively.Conclusions:Significant correlation is found between down-regulated expression of E-cadherin and invasiveness and lymphnode metastasis.
