单纯性肥胖症儿童14项指标的调查与分析

Determination and Analysis of Fourteen Indices on Simple Obesity Children

目的 调查并分析单纯性肥胖症对深圳市学龄儿童所产生的影响以及危害状况 ,为儿童肥胖的控制和干预提供依据。方法 采用 1∶1配对实验设计对 15 0对单纯性肥胖症学龄儿童和正常对照组儿童的血压、脉搏、血脂等 14项生理生化指标进行测试 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 1∶1配对实验研究得出 ,肥胖儿童两期血压、脉搏、皮褶厚度、体脂率、血甘油三酯都明显高于正常儿童 ,另外肥胖儿童的下肢形态也出现恶化。结论 可以认为 ,单纯性肥胖症已对深圳市学龄儿童造成明显的影响 ,并使儿童体质下降 ,应引起卫生。

Objective The effect of simple obesity on pupils was investigated and analyzed in order to provide a basis for control and prevention of obesity. Methods 1∶1 paied study which held 150 obese children and 150 normal children was conducted to check 14 physiological and biochemical indices including pulse,blood pressure et al and was statistically analyzed.Results The blood pressure,pulse,skinfold thickness,percentage of body fat and TG were lower than those of normal children, and inferior morphology became worse also.Conclusion Simple obesity have effected and espacially led to construction worse in pupils in Shenzhen city, the health、education division and each family should pay high attention to the simple obesity.
